✍️ယခုုလိုုစာခ်ဳပ္သက္တမ္းမ်ားသည္ ႏွစ္ေပါင္း ၁၀-၂၀ ခန္႕ ရွိပါတယ္။ ဒါ႔အျပင္ sunset period ဟုေခၚသည့္ ေန၀င္ခ်ိန္ဟူ၍ စာခ်ဳပ္သက္တမ္းကုုန္သည့္ ေနာက္ ထပ္မံ၍ ၁၀-၁၅ ႏွစ္ခန္႕ ထပ္ေပးထားပါတယ္။

Based on the page, Myanmar has signed 9 bilateral investment treaties and out of them, 7 are in force. With China, Myanmar has already signed bilateral agreement since 2001 and entered into force in 2002.
As Myanmar is a member of ASEAN, it is also part of the treaties ASEAN made with other countries which contain investment provisions. So far, 11 multilateral agreements have been signed. With China, ASEAN signed “ASEAN-China Investment Agreement” in 2009 and entered into force in 2010.
These kind of treaties last from 10 to 20 years. And on top of that, they are also survived after the termination date for 10-15 more years as sunset period.
